Our 7-day DEI challenge: Make each day count

Small actions can lead to big changes.

Our 7-day DEI challenge is all about taking daily steps towards a more inclusive and equitable society. We believe that even the smallest actions, when done consistently, can create a ripple effect of change. Choose an option that resonates with you and commit to it for 7 days.

Each day matters, and your commitment can make a real impact. So, which option will you choose to make a difference in the next 7 days?

Choose your week’s focus area

Inclusive Benefits: Explore how your organisation’s benefits and policies promote equity and inclusivity.

Intersectionality Exploration: Delve into the concept of intersectionality, exploring how various identities intersect and impact individuals’ experiences.

Diversity in Media Week: Analyse media content each day to identify diversity representation and stereotypes.

Diverse Leadership: Highlight the importance of diverse leadership by studying and discussing successful diverse leaders.

Inclusive Learning Journey: Engage in daily learning activities on various DEI topics, from unconscious bias to allyship.

Inclusive Wellness: Explore how inclusivity impacts mental health and wellness, with daily self-care practices and reflections.

Accessible Environment Challenge: Each day, focus on making your physical or digital environment more accessible for individuals with disabilities.
